At the sources of Abyssinia, the native land of the coffee tree is still today home to this superb Arabica. The origin of the word Moka comes from the port called “Mocha” in Yemen from which Ethiopian coffee was exported for the first time in the 15th century. Since then, Ethiopia still holds a central place in the world coffee market while preserving the traditional local coffee ceremony.
