Biodyssée masters its products from A to Z: selection of raw materials, importation, creation of blends and assemblies, roasting, flavoring and packaging. We go to meet our producer and craftsman partners to find out the origin of our raw materials. When possible, we favor local partnerships by working with SMEs close to us with whom we share common values.

Our goal is to discover and share the gastronomic know-how of producers and artisans in order to pass it on to future generations. We meet with each of our producers to soak up their traditions and understand what makes their know-how so unique.
