Did you know? 

A hybrid of the thyme, lemon thyme is a dwarf shrub of 25cm in height. It has round, green leaves that are larger than the “classic” thyme, Thymus vulgaris. When its leaves are rubbed with the fingertips, it gives off a lemony aroma.
